Shipping and Delivery Policies for Canadian Laboratories
Where we ship
Vita Science Peptides Inc. ships research peptides and consumables exclusively to addresses within Canada. We do not ship to the United States or other international destinations. All orders must be placed by qualified researchers or laboratory representatives with a valid Canadian shipping address. Every shipment originates from our facilities in western Canada, ensuring temperature-controlled handling during transit.
Rates and free shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping options to simplify laboratory procurement. Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $30.00 CAD per order. For orders totaling $400.00 CAD or more before taxes, standard shipping is provided free of charge. For urgent research requirements, express shipping is available at a flat rate of $60.00 CAD per order.
Processing and delivery times
Our standard processing time is 1 business day from order receipt. To maintain the integrity of our lyophilized peptides, shipments are scheduled to avoid weekend delays. Peptides ship Monday to Wednesday only, ensuring vials are not held in carrier warehouses over weekends. Delivery times typically vary by province. Shipments to major urban centres in British Columbia and Alberta typically arrive faster, while deliveries to the territories may take an additional 2 to 3 business days.
Carriers
We utilize trusted national carriers to transport our research products. Standard shipping is completed via Canada Post or Purolator. Express shipments are dispatched using FedEx or UPS to ensure rapid transit. All parcels are packed in insulated cold-chain packaging with desiccant to preserve the chemical stability of the lyophilized peptides during transport.
Tracking your order
Every dispatched order is assigned a unique tracking number. Once the carrier scans the parcel at our shipping facility, we email the tracking details directly to the purchaser. This tracking number allows researchers to monitor transit progress and coordinate laboratory receiving. Each shipment is fully tracked from our dispatch point to the designated laboratory address.
Taxes and duties
Vita Science Peptides Inc. is registered to collect applicable taxes across Canadian provinces and territories. Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Quebec Sales Tax (QST) are calculated at checkout based on the destination province of the order. Because we do not ship internationally, no import duties or foreign customs fees apply to any order.
Problems with delivery
If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, the purchasing officer must notify us immediately at [email protected]. Please provide the order number and tracking details. For damaged vials, clear photographic evidence of the unopened cold-chain packaging and the compromised vials must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.
