Alongside the peptides we stock the consumables that in-vitro work uses up quickly: bacteriostatic water and sterile 10 mL glass vials. Those two lines exist because a lab ordering a 5 mg vial of Semax usually needs glassware in the same shipment.

Testing and documentation per lot
Each lot is tested by a third-party laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry. The certificate of analysis for that lot states identity, purity and the method used to measure it. Purity is never quoted on its own; it is always paired with the method, for example ≥99% by HPLC.
The certificate is downloadable, so a purchasing officer can file it against a purchase order and a principal investigator can attach it to a notebook entry. Lot numbers on the vial label match the document.

We ask for institutional details at the point of order, whether the purchaser sits at a university department, a contract research organization or a private lab. Provinces and postal codes are recorded as given, and packages are addressed to the receiving bay or stockroom rather than a personal address where a lab prefers that.

Most of our orders are small. A lab manager needs two 10 mg vials of TB-500 and a box of sterile 10 mL glass vials. A principal investigator wants one 5 mg vial of Epithalon for a pilot assay. A purchasing officer needs the paperwork to close the file.
