How many vials come in one box, and what volume are they?

How long can the vial be used after it is first opened?
The vial should be discarded 28 days after first puncture. Recording the puncture date on the label keeps that limit traceable in laboratory records. Sterile Bacteriostatic Water with 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol, 30 mL
